Our cleaning services are generally nonrefundable.  However, if you are unhappy with your cleaning service, please contact us with your issue(s), and we will provide you with a partial credit for a future cleaning.

We hope that you are pleased each time our cleaners come out to service your home.  If possible, we would like you to sign off on the cleaning after it is complete.  However, if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaning service from Clean Homes DMV, please contact us and we will re-clean the missed area.

Yes.  All of our Clean Homes DMV cleaners go through a thorough background check before they can work with us to clean your home.

Yes.  Our billing software is encrypted, which ensures that your billing information safe and secure.

If something goes wrong during your appointment, and your cleaner is unable to resolve the issue, contact us directly, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Yes.  You can trust your cleaning professional.  All Clean Homes DMV cleaning professionals are experienced, and have undergone thorough background checks.

To book your first cleaning appointment, click on “Book a Cleaning Now” and enter your contact information, the date, time and frequency of the cleaning you desire, and any extra cleaning services that you would like.

If you need to change the credit card that you’ve provided for your booking, contact us via phone, email, or chat, and we will update the credit card that will be charged for your cleaning service.  We will preauthorize the card, then charge the card after the service is completed.

If you need to change the address that you’ve provided for your booking, then please contact us via phone, email, or chat, and we will update the information for you.

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner.
You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment.
You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.
