Getting Started

Yes.  When you make your cleaning appointment, you can add extra services to your booking.  If you would like extra services that you don’t see as options on the booking form, please contact us via chat, email, or phone, and we will provide you with the additional cost and add them to your booking.

Yes, all of our cleaners bring their own cleaning supplies, products, and equipment to clean your home.  Of course, our cleaners would be happy to use your products if you prefer.

In order to determine the cost of your cleaning, go onto our Booking Form, and select the specifications of your home and any extra cleaning services that you would like.  Your cost will appear.  If you would like to add additional cleaning services after the cleaning has begun, let our cleaning professional know, and we will confirm the additional cost with you.

All standard cleanings include a cleaning of your kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room spaces.  Each cleaning professional is equipped with a checklist to ensure that your home is sparkly clean.  We also offer extra services that you can add onto your standard cleaning when you need them.

To protect the safety of our professionals, we cannot perform the following: cleaning that requires climbing on ladders, exterior windows, mold removal, deep stain removal, insect and pest removal, cleaning pet messes, cleaning blinds, and items that require heavy lifting.

Clean Homes DMV services the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia metropolitan areas.  If you are outside of that area, we may be able to service you on a case by case basis.  Contact us by email, phone, or chat to inquire about whether we can service your area.

Manage Your Account

To book your first cleaning appointment, click on “Book a Cleaning Now” and enter your contact information, the date, time and frequency of the cleaning you desire, and any extra cleaning services that you would like.

If you need to change the credit card that you’ve provided for your booking, contact us via phone, email, or chat, and we will update the credit card that will be charged for your cleaning service.  We will preauthorize the card, then charge the card after the service is completed.

If you need to change the address that you’ve provided for your booking, then please contact us via phone, email, or chat, and we will update the information for you.

Pricing & Policies

It is our policy to obtain a credit card for each booking.  Your card will only be charged after the cleaning has taken place in the event that you requested any extra cleaning services that were not included in the value of the voucher.

Please call, email, or contact us via chat and we can look into your specific situation.

We offer special vouchers to first time customers as a special introduction to our quality cleaning services.  From time to time, we offer special vouchers for existing customers.

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner.
You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment.
You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Trust & Safety

Our cleaning services are generally nonrefundable.  However, if you are unhappy with your cleaning service, please contact us with your issue(s), and we will provide you with a partial credit for a future cleaning.

We hope that you are pleased each time our cleaners come out to service your home.  If possible, we would like you to sign off on the cleaning after it is complete.  However, if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaning service from Clean Homes DMV, please contact us and we will re-clean the missed area.

Yes.  All of our Clean Homes DMV cleaners go through a thorough background check before they can work with us to clean your home.

Yes.  Our billing software is encrypted, which ensures that your billing information safe and secure.

If something goes wrong during your appointment, and your cleaner is unable to resolve the issue, contact us directly, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Yes.  You can trust your cleaning professional.  All Clean Homes DMV cleaning professionals are experienced, and have undergone thorough background checks.
